These terms cover using our website and booking an appointment with Seattle Head Spa. We have kept it as plain as we can.

By using this website or booking an appointment with Seattle Head Spa ("we", "us", "the spa"), located at 2909 1st Ave, Seattle, WA 98121, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book with us.
You can book online through our booking page or Setmore, or by calling (206) 889-7778. Please give us accurate contact information, including a working phone number and email, so we can reach you about your appointment.
When you book online you can pay by card through Square at the time of booking, or choose Pay at the spa and settle up at the front desk when you arrive. Either option confirms your time straight away.
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time so we can start on time. If you are running late, call us at (206) 889-7778. Depending on how full the schedule is that day, we may need to shorten your treatment or ask you to reschedule, to keep things fair to the guests booked after you.
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give us as much notice as you can by calling (206) 889-7778 or emailing seattleheadspa99@gmail.com, so we can offer the time to another guest.
Online bookings are paid through Square at checkout. In-person guests may pay by card or another accepted method when they arrive. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number, and in-person guests are identified in our systems only by an irreversible, salted hash of their card, never the card number itself. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Because head spa and massage services are performed in person, we are not able to offer refunds once a service has been completed. If something about your visit was not right, please tell us. We would rather make it right than have you leave unhappy.
If you opt in on our contact page, or verbally when you book, Seattle Head Spa may send you text messages about your appointments, including confirmations, reminders, and account-related updates.

This site is provided to share information about our services and to let you book an appointment. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to submit false information.
Our services are for relaxation and wellness. They are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for advice from a physician or other medical professional. Please tell us about any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions before your service, and consult your doctor with any medical concerns.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to book an appointment or submit information through this site.
The text, photos, and design on this site belong to Seattle Head Spa unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
We do our best to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, Seattle Head Spa is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
We may update these terms as our services change. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
